1851, JAN. 128 BUSINESS MEN. OFFICERS. BUSINESS MEN. FEBRUARY. FEBRUARY Feb. 17 - Joseph Todd (i) died at his home four miles west of Platte City. THE TODD FAMILY Early in the eighteenth century, Thomas Todd and his wife, Elizabeth, came from England, and settled in central Pennsylvania. They removed thence to North Carolina. They had other children, but we are interested in only two: I. JEMIMA TODD Was the younger of the two.
