The connnittee charge that Villian1 Phillips Was ac- cessory to the murder of Clark, and order him to leave. Samuel C. Bowers having died, P. Ellington qualies as his executor. Bond. $12,000. His will is dated February 24, 1855, and probated May 24. 1855. His second Wife was Mary Dough- erty. who was divorced from him. She afterwards married John Bryant.
